In addition, when using this Site's particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Our Site provides users with access to information about our firm, our investment philosophy, and, for authorized users, access to a secure investor portal containing confidential portfolio information, reports, and other proprietary data (the "Service"). You are responsible for obtaining access to the Service, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). You are responsible for those fees.

3. Use of the Site and Investor Portal

The content on this Site is for informational purposes only. It is not intended as an offer or solicitation for the purchase or sale of any financial instrument or security. Access to the investor portal is strictly limited to authorized investors of SEG and its affiliated funds. Unauthorized access or use is strictly prohibited and may be subject to legal action.
